This two-hour full body session is for those seeking healing on the deepest levels. We achieve this by incorporating Reiki with the Ayurvedic principle of healing through the five senses.

• Muscle testing to administer oral flower, tree, and gem essences (exclusive essences handmade by Linda Skiba from Spiritcalling.net)

• Reiki

• Brings about intense feelings of relaxation and well-being, while reducing stress

This session is highly recommended for deep emotional and physical healing, and restoring strong energetic boundaries. The energetic extracts used  assist in emotional well-being, mind-body health, and soul development—they help us physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Clients often experience deep insights into their physical and emotional health.The session can be tailored to be as interactive as the client chooses.

Children and Pets can also benefit greatly from Reiki. This short session is tailored to children or pets who often have shorter attention spans.

We invite parents and pet parents to stay in the room and be a part of their child or pet’s healing journey.

This session is for those who are seriously seeking to make diet and lifestyle modifications to address imbalances in the body, mind, and spirit. The session follows Ayurvedic principles in which a person's unique elemental make-up (air, fire, water, earth, and space) or Dosha, is determined. When a particular element in a person's Dosha becomes out of balance, is when a person experiences illness.

• Initial consultation

• Dosha testing and Dosha imbalances

• Pulse reading to determine specific imbalances in bodily systems

After the initial consultation, a comprehensive plan will be developed for the client which will include diet and lifestyle modifications. This may include such things as:

• Meditations

• Yoga

• Simple recipes

• Suggestions for balancing herbs and spices

• Suggestions for self-care

Once the plan is received, a 30-minute follow-up consultation will be scheduled (approximately 1 month later) to assess how the client is progressing with their lifestyle plan. Clients are encouraged to bring their top 3 health goals or issues to the consultation. 

45 minute Ayurvedic follow-up sessions are for clients who wish to continue working on their lifestyle plans obtained during their Ayurvedic Consultation.   

This highly interactive session involves the use of sound to guide a client through meditations for each of the chakras to gain insights into their physical and emotional well-being. While a Reiki or Ayurvedic session is highly recommended, this session can be used in place of a treatment, and once learned, can be used all on your own.
